what's a non-technical course you took in your undergrad that you really enjoyed? (alternatively, what non-technical subject would you have liked to get an introduction to, but didn't?)

i did a literary translation minor—loved it esp taking the literary angle knowing the context of machine translation! also took the intro surgery/human anatomy course last year—spent a quarter dissecting an entire human cadaver, absolutely incredible opportunity
oops wait also military history, and a political communications business school class taught by a former presidential campaign director—the comms stuff i think is esp important for technical ppl to get a grasp of
