the trick is to make sure it breaks every few uses so they never forget how much they need you
infra is kinda fun bc the fundamentals don’t change as fast as ex. web stuff and so you get to work w/some v cool older engineers, like you’ll be at lunch and they’re like “yeah i’ve been doing compilers since before you were born”
