Pardon me youtube but, what do you mean by 4K hours? Do you mean watch time or views?

No they clearly state 4k HOURS in the email. which is possible at 1k subs. Just never... ever... take a long break as 4k hours means you have to stay very consistent when you are a smaller low sub channel or you can dip below that and have to spend months getting your avg back up
