3. Compound Learning This is a term that I coined after studying all these successful people and realizing they all do one thing in common (and they do it better than anyone else). I couldn't find a word that described it, so I made up my own term. Here's what it means... /

3. (Cont.) Compound Learning: Observing, picking up trends, asking questions, paying attention to nuances, implementing & tying things to back your specific goal. The key to compound learning is being intentional w how you view the world, pick up information & learn daily. /

3 (cont) My 25-minute learning hack: 25 mins a day > 5 days a week > 125 mins 2.1 hours x 4 weeks = 500 mins a month 8.3 hours x 12 months a year = 6,000 minutes 6,000 minutes = 100 hrs/year The avg college course is about 35 hrs. Learn every single day. Focus. /

4. Putting in the work + Deliberate practice “Practice makes perfect...if done right.” You will never achieve your goal unless you work at it. Consistently, deliberately, and daily. It’s not repetition that makes you an expert, but HOW you practice over time. Technique. /

5. Self-talk “Talk to yourself like you would to someone you love”. - Brené Browne While this may seem corny at times, telling yourself you can do something & optimizing your environment to constantly support it will help you remain strong-willed over time. Don't skip this. /

5. (Cont.) Set affirmations & use them daily Watch videos, listen to keynotes, talk to ppl who uplift you. Write down you affirmations, put them as your screensaver, implement them into your daily routine. Whether u believe you can do something or not, ur right either way. /

6. Goal Setting. Goal Executing. SMART Goals Specific Measurable Attainable Relevant Time-bound Don't be lazy. Do this exercise and check back on the goal every single day for direction/motivation/clarity/purpose. Put it on a post-it note or as your wallpaper. /

7. Support Groups. Mentors. Coaches. “You are the average of the 5 people who you spend the most time with” - Jim Rohn The final piece of the puzzle is creating a solid support network. This is arguably the most important step in the framework. /

7. (Cont.) Your support network is filled with mentors, friends, family members, life coaches, and other people who are in the trenches with you -- could be coworkers or business friends. Be EXTREMELY intentional with your circle & people who you look up to. /
