#TheFlash was very worth my time… finally some good superhero content in a while (except Superman & Lois on TV, love that show). I went in with good expectations and I’m surprised they did so well. The second Barry was a lil annoying tho.

Intel has new branding & monikers for their 14th Gen Meteor Lake CPUs. It feels weird without the ‘i’ but I guess they need it. Chipsets will now be branded as ‘Core 3/5/7/9’ or ‘Core Ultra 5/7/9’ 😩 Just tired of all Ultras but easier for consumers to differentiate. #intel

Budget earphones have come far. Redmi Buds 4 Active are nice value for ₹1,399. Sure, there is good competition but I personally think Xiaomi/realme/oppo budget TWS are way more reliable. These do not have ANC but are decently comfortable, with Fast Pair & expected sound quality.

Xiaomi Pad 6 is a really nice tablet for the price… Here’s a thread containing my impressions of the same. 💬 Good 11” 144Hz Display, no black crush issue, great Netflix exp (HDR, no DV). Prime Video/Hotstar do not have HDR support either, only upto 1080p. Aspect ratio (1/4)

HUAWEI owns the trademark for ‘Vision Pro’ name in China since 2019 🤭 They’ve been using ‘Vision’ name for products like TVs & smart glasses. Until there is an agreement, Apple might have to use a different name for the product in 🇨🇳 if it launches there in late 2024.

Camera is nice for basic video calling. Android apps are no longer horrible for tablets. Productivity apps like Teams or from Google are optimised for the screen size. Last but not the least, amazing battery life! Easily lasted me 2-3 days with lots of Netflix. Lovely. (4/4)

3 yrs. Security updates but no commitment regarding android ver. yet. The exp is enhanced with a really good keyboard with key caps that can reflect light from the screen in low light. Smart Pen is smooth but I wish the In-built Notes app was better. Good for note-taking. (3/4)

(2/4) is perfect for content consumption. A little taller than 16:9, similar to MacBooks. So yes, great audio & display for ₹30K. No stutters as such with Snapdragon 870! MIUI 14 is obviously iPadOS inspired & it’s not a band thing. It does multitasking very well.

Xiaomi Pad 6 has increased RAM to 8GB BUT still launched at same price as Pad 5. #XiaomiPad6 definitely wins in terms of value compared to OnePlus Pad by being under ₹30K (as expected from Android tablets) & the Keyboard is just ₹5K extra. The performance & specs are 👌 too.

Seems like Google has removed their Song Search feature from iOS apps. Not on Google Search or Assistant apps anymore. Big bummer because it was faster & more reliable than Shazam in my experience. Not sure if I’m ready for this era of google locking their stuff to android.

Completed 2 years with Apple TV 4K and honestly while I don’t think it’s nearly as value for money as a Fire TV Stick 4K Max, it’s been extremely reliable & has provided me amazing quality with my LG OLED TV. Never faced a problem. Apple smoothness & connectivity really is 👌🏻
