We need to talk about #MentalHealth publicly. So, my name is Melissa. I see a therapist, I talk to my besties, I’ve cut out toxic people/behavior. I have to do a daily mental health check to see where I stand. I’ve been treated for depression and that’s okay! #SharingIsCaring
