This book was years in the making, written & re-written to accommodate a very dynamic area of the law. It was especially gratifying to work with on this 2d edition. There are few stones we left un-turned, in our rush to 800 pages.

This will be a must read, especially given significant reforms to statutory framework for intelligence and security in past five years, including the establishment of and as review bodies and the enactment of legislation.
