I’m not gonna do WDW Marathon weekend this year. It’s a long, expensive trip from Oregon. I might do the Star Wars race next year though. Also, Castle to Chateau in September 2019! #runDisney
10 miles today. It’s perfect weather! Just over 50 degrees and lots of sun. I wore my 2019 marathon shirt and got some cheers from passing runDisney fans. The chEAR squad is everywhere!

A tip someone gave me at the WDW Marathon Weekend expo: first tape your bib to your shirt, then pin or clip it. It’s so much easier.

Do you think I can do a weights workout and about 40 minutes of running tomorrow morning and make it to work at a reasonable time? Let’s see.
The best carbo loading food you ask?? Why, it's instant mashed potatoes! It's cheap. it's real food. Just add hot water!
I’m supremely grateful to have made it through this training cycle without serious injury. I’m glad I made it to through the whole winter without catching a flu. Now, all the really tough stuff is in the books and I just need to rest up, taper, and get ready to go!

I ran twelve miles this morning, and I had to go fast to make sure I made it home in time for kickoff. This coming week is the last before taper, and I want to make sure I get my nutrition right. 44 miles including a 20 next Sunday. #runDisney #DopeyChallenge

I did this race this morning and it was fun! The shirts with custom screen printed badges are so cool!

I ran 20 miles yesterday, and it was 38 degrees and raining the entire time. I’m glad that one’s behind me, though honestly it wasn’t as bad as I feared, and I had an unexpected spurt of energy for the last three miles. Just one more long run before the race. #rundisney
I ran 13 slow, raggedy, tired miles today. I am doing a “mini Dopey” this week of 3, 5, 10 and 20 miles on subsequent days. I better get some rest!

I ran 10 miles to work this morning, and barely beat the rain. It was my first longish run with the Hoka One-One Bondis, and I think they’re gonna work out fine.
13 miles today, and I think my beloved Adidas Supernovas are finally dead. They don’t stay cushy for the duration of a long run anymore. 384 wonderful miles. Thank you!
