@TeamYouTube @YouTube curious to know. if you dont hit 1000 subs and the watch time by the date. does that mean if you do hit the subs and watch time after the date can you still be apart of the youtube program thing???

if you hit it in the timeframe, it would be safer to go over the requirements. just in case the bs you with a dumb statement saying you didn't hit the numbers
