Just work out like your life depends on it. Got pretty swell muscles (for some time) like that. I am chubby but it still showed up. Note that you can either increase muscle density (strength) or size (looks) depending on exercise. You will prob get a mixture of both tho.

Also your food is important. 60% of your muscles will come from that, according to the wolverine dude. Eat some chicken breast but try ignoring the rice. Red meat is fine, but if you get fat you won’t show any development. Try to walk rather than using a car, but don’t overdo it.
