Also your food is important. 60% of your muscles will come from that, according to the wolverine dude. Eat some chicken breast but try ignoring the rice. Red meat is fine, but if you get fat you won’t show any development. Try to walk rather than using a car, but don’t overdo it.

I carried 10-18KG on my back for approx 1-2 hours per day for while dieting. My shoulders feel like a piece of concrete according to friends. Both size increase and muscle strength. Lifting weights seems to make muscles stronger, but not necessarily bigger.
