I actually don't take cold showers lel it's the one thing I am unwilling to sacrifice, but I do take them short. I would stretch every day, get more sleep to help with soreness. Maybe drop weight in leg lifts. I heard fish oil helps with soreness, I take it, but might be placebo

Thanks fam Been taking the fish oil for any inflammation and it’s just solid supplement. Having my gf teach me yoga and shit. Feels like tight tendons bc desk job for three years. :/ is there hope?

Trying icing as well, it helps me with my occasional shoulder flare up
