I hope this admin pressures Central American countries to up the ante, curb their corruption & better living standards for their citizens so they may live in peace in their homelands & not have to expose the most vulnerable – children to these horrific sir. #MarshallPlan @POTUS

maybe not, but a strong presence at least in the judiciary and financial system for sure, or for how many years more to come the most advanced countries are going to be the ones carrying the burdens of irresponsible politicians feeding and being fed from/by their corrupt system?
