Thank you. Good that we followed our EU, Canadian and us friends in sanctioning #xinjiang officials. But we signed the Joint Declaration, so perhaps we should take the lead on HK for our friends to follow?

Thank you Baroness Kennedy! The Joint Declaration is dead where the Xi Regime called it historical document. By explicitly violate the terms of the JD, the UK should take this suggestion seriously!
