Thank you, @MPIainDS, for bringing up the Magnitsky sancations. The reactions from the CCP officials in the past few months show that sanctions from 
did impact them. More sancations from UK and other countries will make the CCP to face the Xinjiang abuses, HK crackdowns, etc.
