That said, Twitter needs a much better "abuse" report algorithm. For instance, does the reporter follow the reportee, or vice versa? /7
Twitter's algorithm appears to be "if account has < 10k followers, and > 10 abuse reports, ban." This is an invitation to heckler's veto. /8

In short, Twitter needs to have an additional "report bullshit abuse report" button. /9
