    What are the priority needs of migrants at the - border? According to IOM’s assessment, these are: 🍏Food 🩺Health services 🌨Needs related to winterization, such as warm clothes and shoes 🧴Non-food items This is taken into account for further aid delivery.

    This week, IOM visited the - border in order to deliver humanitarian assistance: 🍏333kg of fruit 🍞210kg of bread 🥫100kg of canned meat 🧃98L of juice 🥛98L of milk and register over 40 people into to voluntarily return home.

    In 2021, 381 people successfully returned home and got the opportunity to re-establish their lives with the support of IOM Belarus programme. In the new year, IOM will continue to support all people on the move in need of assistance.

    Since summer, thousands of migrants have tried to cross the Belarus-Poland border to find a better life. Many ended up in dire need of assistance. IOM provides immediate humanitarian aid to stranded migrants in Belarus and offers a dignified and safe way to return home.
