This. Idk if they turn off the debit card or even if they gotta suspend the rewards for a bit.
Long as they get their shit together and pull through this, they can recover. The rates weren’t outrageous, it was an incredibly risky loan that did them in.
I’m still optimistic.

First of all don’t reply to that DM request above. It’s a scam and they will try to steal your money. To your question, the only protection is FDIC on your USD. But I’d say insolvency puts all of your assets at risk.
