I have pending withdrawals for 5 business days now and for the whole last week, a customer rep Fred has been assuring me that it will get reviewed and cleared today but thats not happening. With whats going on right now, its all the more concerning. Can i get help?

For the last 4 days, everyday, he told me that the pending status will get confirmed today and that has just not happened. Yesterday i was told, long weekend caused the delay and that it would be cleared yesterday morning. Again, nothing.
