Im done with you guys. Fun platform but it’s 2022 and I can’t even get a decent transaction history….and no I’m not using crypto trader.tax just to finish my taxes.

I need help getting a beginning balance on my transaction history for mortgage purposes.
Lending regulations require it, I'm at risk of my deal falling through. All it takes is a single line showing beginning balance...please help.
