Having problem with the app - Trying to transfer crypto out of Voyager and the app keeps stalling? There's no help on the faq page for this. Any ideas?

I've put in a ticket - is there a way to get an answer to it? The app is sitting there spinning away. No info on whether the app is working while it is doing this. No confirmation / nothing happening. Been sitting here for the last 10 minutes.
