How does consistently have the least helpful customer support in the industry? This is my second attempt over MONTHS to get a simple transaction history file. Embarrassing. 🤦🏽♂️ “unable to assist” me 🤦🏽♂️

Honestly, that reply sounds seems like it came from a confused employee who glanced at the issue and hit a canned response.
I have found that opening a ticket for a tax request will then generate an email with a google doc tax form to fill out. This has consistently worked.

That is strange. I can’t defend what they did to you there, but I can say I didn’t have that issue. Got my CSV file fairly quickly. That said, it should just be downloadable like it is on other platforms.
