I can't believe I'm now shouting out Voyager on Twitter. I've always defended Voyager on here. But now I find myself unable to get Support to help. I used to get answers, now I never hear on the tickets I submit. What's the point of even submitting them.

Same!!! I can’t get any help they are terrible with customer support. Did they ever get to you or was this reply just for show? I’ve sent 3 emails to them. Nothing!
I would also like a reply to my ticket. USDC withdrawal is 30+ hours old and ticket submitted. At the very least I would appreciate a confirmation that I am in a waiting period and this isn’t a blockchain issues. $13k isn’t a small amount to have unreadable in this volatility
