For support, first check with VAL, Voyager’s Virtual assistant. You can find it in your app under Account > Help.
For personalized support, please submit a ticket. VAL can provide a link. Be sure to categorize your ticket properly so that it gets to the right support associate for your issue.
I have submitted many tickets and zero response to anything.. please understand that we’re desperate to get a response from you. I can speak for myself. I want access to my funds and will do whatever it takes. I know you see this message, why do you ignore us?
This address did not work fyi. It came back non deliverable. It appears 5-6 businesses use this address to start a company. Anyone know if Voyager had a legitimate address. Very shady if they don’t
SUPPORT NEVER RESPONDS! Only automated replies. Because of this there’s a Twitter Voyager Support account that’s trying to scam people and it’s working because you’re lack of real support has made your clients desperate for help. It’s ruining whatever reputation you have left.
