Voyager is using Zendesk for its customer support so it's no wonder issues aren't being resolved. This is turning into binanceUS levels of bad customer support. I'll be taking my business elsewhere as soon as I can.

I submitted 3 help tickets I sent ADA from your platform to my other ADA wallet it has never arrived. When I click history it says completed but than I clicked on the transaction hash it says no matches found.
