It's been about a day since I haven't been able to access my funds due to identity re-verification. Others have seen to have gotten their issue resolved swiftly while I'm here sitting around waiting for god knows how long. I need this fixed ASAP.

Help is needed and customer service not responding. On October 21 my Etherum transfer to my Voyager wallet was successfully confirmed on Etherscan but my Voyager wallet won't show the transaction posted, customer service never responded to my tickets. Please help.
