I bought vgx half year ago and planning for long term investment. So I put in wallet and didnβt pay attention. Recently I realise they had upgrade and I missed their deadline. I sent email to voyager support and they said they cannot help. So thatβs mean I lose off my money.

The period for swapping is too short, voyager didnβt consider people will go to travel, get sick, or simply donβt watch crypto news often.
I know more victim like me and we have a group.
The reason we are leaving message in here is because we hope Voyager can reopen the swap.

If VGX goes under $3 again with this hype, there will be no reason for holding token. Voyager needs to address what people are complaining about exchange.
