Can you please help me get in contact with customer support. I would totally use the card but can’t gain access to my account and customer support doesn’t answer anything

I am unable to locate the Debit on my current app. I also tried logging out then logging back in. Apple AppStore does not have an update . Is my account safe if I delete my Voyager app then re-install so I can get the updated version? I appreciate your help.
