This is a problem with 2fa, phones are lost, stolen, broken etc, etc all the time, we need a better solution

They'll respond to agree, they just ignore customers who have real problems like being locked out or unable to sell or transfers that are in limbo. For those things they are silent. Smh

Definitely agree customer support IS A PRIORITY! Platforms need to put it into overdrive when it comes to responding and resolving issues. 2FA is just a method of protecting against scammers
