I have my fund blocked since I joined. I file a ticket to increase the limit on 9/10, follow your KYC instructions and never heard back. I pinged you many times with no answers. I filled another ticked and I had the same outcome. UNACCEPTABLE!!!

I moved in a lot of money and having 25k daily withdraw limit is insane. I need to pull out my funds (if you allow me). I can't stay with an institution with such a bad customer service.
