I've also been waiting months for a reply. Compliance wrote via email on 8/17 to which I responded on 8/17, 8/20, 9/2, and 10/19 - but no response from Voyager. Now I can't log in and my Voyager assets are frozen. Please respond to Voyager Support: Ticket # (232342)
