my Husband & I bought new iPhones we installed our voyager app it does not send us the 2 step verification code it does not recognize our new phone, we are unable get into our accounts. No Issues w/other exchanges. We already submitted tickets. HELP!

I hope so we just want to get into our accounts I have a ticket and voyager has not reached out to him at all but our issues have not been resolved. I provided my ID as requested and still no answer.
