Looking for guidance for best way to get Voyager to respond to my ticket regarding missing deposit. After many follow-ups and many days, I have yet to hear back from anyone on the Voyager team. This is extra concerning to me as a VGX holder and Explorer.

DMs opened. My original ticket was submitted on 9/20. They responded to my initial submission and requested additional information which I immediately provided. No ticket # was given. Have not heard from Voyager since then.
