That makes sense.
So it’s the same value at that specific time. Sort of like the dollar changes in value however since the dollar is something physical we grew up with this is digital so I guess this can also encourage people to save $ and manage it better ?

If they convert the Bitcoin to cash instantly, it locks in the price, so there is no volatility.
And yup, just like people saving, companies see a lot of value in saving Bitcoin, so many use Bitcoin payments to save the Bitcoin long-term, for the potential upside. #hedge
