I might get some push back for this but the fact that sending $ETH to isn't instant when I get the transaction confirmation is extremely worrying. I just lost 10% on a large trade and had to take a taxable event to move money around bc Voyager's delay.

May I suggest instead of replying “we’ll explore this” it is best 2 let your customer know exactly what steps you r going to take & by when. Also mention when & where u will update. I suggest a living site w/ list of suggestions, yay/nay 2 act on them & where ur in process. My.2¢
