Can answer what he will do to with the people that have invested in the beginning of the project, kept them on Ledger(app not available) and did not swap their tokens from BQX to VGX in those2 months ? Did we lose our money or is there a plan to address this issue?

You had many many months to know about what was happening. If you didn't swap your tokens it's your fault
