I swapped but MetaMask won’t let me send to voyager. Only have $11 in ETH to pay for the send so I’m putting more ETH on there to see if that is the issue.

This is a big no no. Deadline is deadline. 20 days seriously? If you delay VLP the price of the token is gonna plummet

If you're holding them on the Voyager app, nope, we've got you covered.
If you're holding your tokens in a wallet or cold-storage, then yes, you do need to swap your tokens utilizing the portal.
