It’s been 3 months since I submitted a ticket for customer service. Warning folks! This exchange does not offer any virtual chat, direct line, or any customer contact information. This is unacceptable. I have been unable to login for months now.

, you are a great company. Really awesome. But you gotta get serious about customer service. People are trusting you with a lot of money and deserve reasonable ways to communicate through phone and chat. You know this is the #1 problem, fix it.

It's also their #1 priority as the ceo said before. I'm sure with a bit more time they'll get there.
