What about us VGX holders in Myetherwallet? Can we transfer out to metamask? I messaged all your social channels last week regarding this issue and have had ZERO replies. It’s pretty poor Customer Service, especially since I bought at ico back in June 2017 when it was BQX ☹️👎

It’s literally on their blog, you transfer it to your meta mask and then use the swap portal

I transferred my VGX from MEW to METAMASK and can now see them in the wallet. Regarding the next stage of swapping VGX to VGX v2 via the portal… Do i need to download the Voyager app to do this? I tried on my IOS but it said it was not available in my area. I am in the UK 🤷‍♂️??🙏

Please follow the instructions and this blog and it will help you in the swap process. Having a Voyager account is not required to utilize the swap portal.
