I need help I have an account that is pending now since April 14th and all correct information was given, a clear photo, social security card photo and I was never contacted and asked for any more information. I haven't been contacted since but it just keeps pending.

This is complete BS. All does is occasionally respond to tweets saying they would love to help out… I have had an “escalated case” for two weeks now. 33 days and my ADA deposit is still not showing.

Same, I deposited a bunch of ADA over 30 days ago and still not showing after filing a ticket. I was going to sell when it was 2.50 thinking it would only take 15 minutes... made me miss out on insane gains. Use coinbase instead, at least that shit actually works.

My daughter deposited 4 thousand dollar into the Voyager app and now she is locked out of her account. Why did voyager accept the money and lock her out of her account. She been trying to contact voyager and all she gets is they are looking into it and will get back to her.
