Hi I've had this screen for months now and haven't heard anything from your support team. I do not have any pending transfers. Just #Bitcoin you've locked up.
I know I'm not the only one being left in the dark on support requests. Please help.

Update on this for those trying to get support. They have successfully resolved my issue.
It took about 2 months in total, or 1 month after connecting with them via Twitter DMs. Hope that helps some of you better gauge how long your tickets will take to resolve.
