The Voyager app doesn’t recognize my email address or password . I have reseted my password 3 times already deleted and reloaded the app. Still nothing. I wish bigger had an IT number were I could speak with someone. I’m very frustrated cuz I don’t know what else to do.

I am not able to acess my account either because I dont receive my verification code. I have sent multiple emails and I have received responses claimed that the ticket has been closed because the issue has been resolved. Nothing has been resolved.
