Your customer service and deposit hold delays suck. Ive sent 2 emails to Customer Service 3 days ago and still unanswered. Have over $10k of pending deposits that cleared my bank 6 days ago and they are still not cleared in my account to trade. What a joke 🤡

I’ve sent multiple tickets for customer service and have had nothing emailed back to me. I’m begging to understand why I’ve seen my transaction to my Voyager wallet go through multiple wallet addresses without ever reaching mine. It’s been days. Nothing is pending.

I too have sent many tickets they will not respond to me however, they keep sending me an email saying stop putting in so many tickets will get to you when we effing feel like it
