Hello Voyager thanks for the kinds words of our support. How about you reciprocate and take care of my issue that I've sent 3 requests and yet to hear from you. My USD withdrawal is at 12 days and counting. As a business I find this completely unacceptable. Appreciate a response.

I have had issues with Binance and Coinbase, but they at least acknowledge the my issue and have resolved with 24 to 48 hours. I am very conservative and patient, but no response for 12 days is unacceptable.

Not saying the others don't have issues, it is just how they respond that makes the difference. I been in since 2016, Voyager has tripped up a couple of times since using them in a very short period of time, they will not have my business anymore.

Can you post the message that Voyager sent you?We would like to see how they did resolved your issue.growing pains or just simply not giving a shit? I haven't seen Voyager post recently without 90% of the replies to be negative. i dont need your BS Coinbase comparison 😂

Not a good look... after i get my transfer from them im not looking back. This shit bogus it took 15-20 mins to transfer money to them to trade... but now its taking over 24hrs to transfer back to the same wallet...... make it make sense.

I have been waiting for yall to fix my account. I have put in support tix, emails ans dm's with no response. Fix my accounts or im done with voyager. I have tried to support this company but i cant even get customer support. Fix my account!!
