1) they won't tell you there's certain coins you can't transfer off their app ie. $DOT until you buy them. 2) their withdrawal times after ridiculous 3) their app glitched on me in January and created a double trade I did not initiate

I was about to raise my similar concerns sir but you already did ... not sure when these guys will rectify transfers. Looks like it’s just one way now.. we can just go and can’t come out
