Work on your customer service email requests, that should be an accomplishment too! I personally have weeks waiting on email responses not cool! Yet you guys have marketing on point! Don’t forget the growth of customers requires growth of customer care too!

Seems not, I have tickets unanswered since February. And a lot of ppl complaining about withdrawals taking more than “your” 24hours time period. Your app is really good but holding funds longer than what it should in blockchain, defeats the purpose of blockchain! Old customer too

I created a Twitter account just so I could try to get some customer service. Been waiting since March 23rd. Over $7,550 in "Pending Deposits" with $0 of that available to trade. Just sitting there. Already withdrew successfully from my bank a week ago. No replies from Voyager.
