Work on your customer service email requests, that should be an accomplishment too! I personally have weeks waiting on email responses not cool! Yet you guys have marketing on point! Don’t forget the growth of customers requires growth of customer care too!

Our customers always come first, and we're absolutely working through the customer support requests!
Seems not, I have tickets unanswered since February. And a lot of ppl complaining about withdrawals taking more than “your” 24hours time period. Your app is really good but holding funds longer than what it should in blockchain, defeats the purpose of blockchain! Old customer too

Yes! Have have patience. If I have a problem they always get it solved. Give them some time. Rome was not built in a day. The Customer service team must take it called seriously and work it diligently
