Hey .... I am a shareholder and I was a huge believer in your product & service but after seeing what I am personally & other account holders are going through when it comes to transferring crypto and making withdrawals, You guys growing out of favor fast.. fix it!!

I am beyond pissed that I’ve 5 figure in crypto transfers and in USDC still pending after 48 hours....I’m going to save my tweet for a follow up review. if I don’t get any response back from the tickets I submitted a couple days ago by the end of this week.

I have also created support tickets for this same issue! Over $10K in limbo for several days at this point. This is unbelievably terrible service. Please push through my withdrawal- it is causing hardship and damages.

Thx for the response. If does make me feel better they reached out. I still have a healthy 5-figure bag in crypto with Voyager so I’m hoping this is just a temporary issue. And yes they should be reaching out to all customers in a timely matter. Both customers & shareholders.
