I’ve been hearing they have a lot of people’s money locked up and aren’t releasing it in the 24 hour timeframe they promise. Id be very skeptical of ever using this exchange again

I need help too. Been almost 3 days and the app says it "may take up to 24 hours". I have deposited 10s of thousands on your app but am most likely finished if my transfer is not resolved very soon.

I’m at this point as well. I’ve lost hundreds because of the frozen transfers. I’ve emailed support multiple times and all I ever get is read the blog we put out.
