big fan of the app and was investing heavy. I had to withdraw USD from my account for real estate but the withdrawal has been pending for 7-8 days now while my other withdrawals were just fine within 2 days. Ticket was filed days ago. Can I have more assistance?

That’s nothing compared to mine... I have had a $17,000 withdrawal pending for 8 days now (5 business days if we’re going by business days)
And my other two smaller withdrawals made the same day and a day after hit my bank within 2 business days

The app is actually great aside from the withdrawal time. Crypto is booming so I understand the delay, but with such a large withdrawal and needing the money for other investments the delay is horrible

$2k withdrawal and going on 23 hours. Something tells me the 24 hours listed in the withdrawal disclaimer is not going to be met. 🙄

I’ve had a 17k withdrawal pending since March 20th. I’ve reached out several times and they said they’d escalate to their support team, but nothing has happened. I would just like an explanation of why it’s taking so long. After all it’s my money, not theirs.
